Per my recommendation, they concocted a deliciously tart & spicy blood orange serrano pepper margarita. On Saturday, we celebrated another birthday at the home of Addison & Zoe. The final component occurred in Somerville, MA where my margarita compatriots celebrated with cocktails at the famed Highland Kitchen – more on that later. There were actually three parts to the 14th edition of le Tour de Tequila, one of which coincided with a birthday party on Saturday night, and another was held on the usual Day of the Margarita (Sunday). As the old adage goes: “the family that drinks tequila together…”. Equally as exciting was the chance to celebrate Margarita Sunday in Pendleton, Oregon.
