The FilterTron's are excellent pickups that have a big round bass response and very clean and articulate high end while retaining authentic vintage character. The Trestle Bracing adds sustain and increased feedback rejection. The guitar features 1959 style Trestle bracing that gives the guitar some semi hollow body characteristics but it still retains the classic Gretsch hollow body vibe. The G6136DC is a thinner double cutaway version of the G6136T. By ‘62 many Gretsch guitar models adopted their new “Electrotone” body, and the Falcon was no exception. The G6136DC recreates the look and feel of the 1962 Falcon. This is the very cool Gretsch G6136DC White Falcon. ![]()
